Debbie Phillips has served the OLIVE LEAF Foundation in South Africa as National Admin Manager since March 2009.  In this position Debbie is responsible for the design and implementation of administration systems, policies and procedures throughout the organisation on a national level.

Debbie joined the OLIVE LEAF Foundation (known as HOPE worldwide South Africa at the time) in 2003 as Office Manager for the Head Office and worked with the organization for 2 years.  After a 3 year break where she was involved in administration in the aviation industry, she returned to OLF.

Debbie obtained a certificate in Public Relations and has over 20 years of administration experience in the banking, printing and benevolent sectors.

Besides her duties at the OLIVE LEAF Foundation, Debbie is the Provincial Secretary for the Central Gauteng Amateur Judo Association and serves as a Technical Official for the National Working Committee of Judo South Africa.

She has been married to Edward since 1991.  They have a son Kyle and daughter, Robyn.  The Phillips family lives in Jukskei Park, Randburg.
